MenoMove is a weekly class designed specifically for women who are perimenopausal or menopausal and offers support, education and movement to help you take control of your menopause and symptoms. Each session will start with group discussion on topics relevant to menopause so that women can talk, share and support each other.

Menopause, Movement and Mindfulness Workshop
A 2 hour menopause workshop which will concentrate on how to manage menopause through exercise and lifestyle changes. This intimate workshop will be a mix of gentle exercise, education and discussion about Menopause; what happens to our body and mind, symptoms and solutions.
