Group Exercise Classes

Our group classes cater for all abilities with a maximum of 9 people (mat based) or 6 (non-mat based). The environment is non-competitive and clients will receive individual supervision where needed. Our classes are planned to be challenging but fun!

Classes are offered as a course and correspond to the school term dates. Courses exclude bank holidays and half-term. Booking a course will mean each class is cheaper than dropping in, you will guarantee your spot and, of course, you will benefit so much more by committing to exercising each week. Drop-in to classes is welcome subject to availability.

The courses are challenging but well structured so that your body is always adapting and progressing.

There is no refund for missed classes, but you may make up for missed classes before the end of the course in another class subject to availability (maximum of 2). If capacity allows you can join a class mid-course at the pro-rata rate.
