Prevention is better than cure – if women are active now, then it will support their health going forward. When entering menopause, we are at higher risk of heart disease and osteoporosis  and so many women suffer with added anxiety, which can be crippling.

Jane Dowling, founder of MenoandMe, has 25 years of experience in the Health & Fitness industry and helps other women who are suffering from the symptoms of menopause to feel empowered and come out the other side. She has started “Menopause Active”, an initiative to bring women together to walk and talk and break the taboo around the ‘M’ subject whilst protecting their heart, bones and brains at the same time. We want more women to be active. And it’s totally FREE!

I have volunteered to be a Menopause Active leader for the Wimbledon area and it will run monthly on Sunday’s. All you have to do is sign up!
