Menopause, Movement and Mindfulness Workshop
A 2 hour menopause workshop which will concentrate on how to manage menopause through exercise and lifestyle changes.
This intimate workshop will be a mix of gentle exercise, education and discussion about Menopause; what happens to our body and mind, symptoms and solutions. The session will focus on disease prevention such as cardiovascular disease and osteoporosis, improving cognitive function and pelvic health. Let’s lift the taboo and celebrate the change!

Jacqui Sechiari is a Certified Specialist Wellness Coach for perimenopausal women and beyond. Her passion for exercise revolves around health, happiness and longevity. She is the founder of the Fit Shack in Merton Park which provides educational workshops, Yoga and small group exercise classes
