Whether you are new to fitness, or getting back into fitness, personal training is an excellent way to keep motivated, feel supported and tailor your sessions to YOU and your goals. Or if you are an avid fitness fanatic but want to achieve some specific goals, we can help you too. But we expect full commitment, which is what you will get from us!

Please note: Single PT sessions can only be booked once a client has completed one of the packages. Single sessions are priced at £50 per hour.

This plan is for those who need constant guidance and support from a professional to make serious fitness and lifestyle changes for the long-term.

  • A 1 hour PT session per week
  • Healthy food habit coaching

  • Complimentary sports massage every 3 months
