Jacqui Sechiari - Personal Trainer and Spinning Instructor
Jacqui has been an avid sports and exercise fan for over 30 years, and in recent years has turned her hand to it professionally. A desire to work in her passion drove her away from accountancy into health and fitness, and believes everyone should find some form of exercise that they love and enjoy. Jacqui is a qualified Level 3 personal trainer and Spinning instructor.
Emily Halton - Yoga Instructor
Emily discovered Hot Power Yoga 9 years ago. It is this intense combination of Asanas and Pranayama (breathing) that helped her through the tough times, channelled the little girl inside her again and ultimately helped her feel young again. She did her 200 hr teacher training with HPY to deepen her practice but more importantly to teach and serve so that she can help others channel their inner child and feel young and effortlessly happy again.
Valentina Verno - Pilates APPI & STOTT qualified instructor REPs Level 3
Valentina came to Pilates after suffering a disk injury during her ballet years. She found that Pilates kept her pain free, where doctors and medication failed. She decided to discover more about Pilates and ended up embracing the discipline and making it a greater part of her life and ultimately bringing its benefits to other people. Her style fluidly balances planning and adaptability, empowering clients to achieve their goals through safe and stimulating sessions.
Sarah Newby - Fitness Professional & Holistic Therapist (BAWLA. RSA. RawDip MFHT REPS)
Sarah started as a dance instructor, but has qualified to instruct many disciplines over the years, most recently the Level 3 CYQ Award in Functional Training for Older Adults. Sarah is also an exercise lead for the NHS Live Well Programme. Additionally Sarah works as a Holistic Therapist, providing treatments for both private & corporate clients as part of an occupational health team.
Patricia Teusdea - Professional Dancer and Gymnast
Patricia has practiced Rhythmic Gymnastics, Ballet and Show Dance for over 15 years. In 2010 she won Gold at the World Dance Championship of Show Dance and is also a three-time gold medalist at the European Championships. Patricia has now retired from competition to focus on teaching.
