Who are we?
Fiona Pike, Bsc. (Hons) Biology; Dip. ION, is a Nutritional Therapist with seven years clinical experience. It is through the experience of working with her own hormone health that Fiona decided to re-train as a nutritionist.
Jacqui Sechiari is a body positive Health & Fitness Coach whose passion for exercise revolves around health, happiness and longevity. She is the founder of the Fit Shack in Merton Park which provides motivational and educational small group exercise classes.
